All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. Unopened and undamaged products with all original factory seals intact may be returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase or a note with your Order ID and RMA number,, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Please package your return items securely so they are not damaged in transit. If the items are glass bottles, wrap them individually so they are not damaged in transit.
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
