USES & DIRECTIONS

DRINKING

Mix 1 oz of clay with 12 oz of clean purified water. Stir vigorously and drink immediately. The best time to drink is 1 hour before breakfast. Drink once a day for 10 days in a row, then discontinue. DO NOT USE metal bowls or utensils.

FACIAL/BODY MASKS

Mix ½ oz of clay with 1-½ oz of water to create a thin paste. Use less water for a thicker paste. Stir the mixture vigorously. DO NOT USE metal bowls or utensils. Allow mixture to thicken for 30 minutes before use. Apply the mask in a thin layer about ¼ inch thick. Use your hand to smooth paste onto your skin, and rub your fingers in small circles to spread it out. Do not vigorously scrub while rubbing as this could irritate your skin. The mask can be applied to the face, neck, scalp, arms, and midsection of the body. Avoid the eye and mouth area. Once applied, allow the clay to dry naturally (up to 10 min for the face; up to 45 minutes for the body area). Rinse the mask off with water or wipe the area with a damp cloth to remove the clay. If for any reason skin starts stinging or feels irritated, rinse the mask off immediately. Pat your face/body dry with a clean towel after rinsing. The youth and skin tightening results can be seen instantly.

FULL BODY BATHS

Dissolve 2 to 4 cups of clay in a hot bath (water temp 100-104°F). If the water is too hot, add cold water to cool the water down. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Sensitive individuals should use less clay powder and/or stay in the bath for less time. Avoid contact with eyes. Take care exiting the bath, clay can be slippery. We recommend a clay bath once a week for detox or 3 clay baths a week for maximum effectiveness. Then move to once a month for maintenance.

The Bentonite Clay Bath is an effective method for drawing out toxins, chemicals, poisons, heavy metals, and viruses through the skin without passing them to the bloodstream. It is also very effective for relieving muscle pain and stiffness.

BODY WRAPS

Mix one part clay and 2 to 2-½ parts clean purified water, depending on your desired thickness. Let the mixture stand for 6 to 12 hours to completely thicken and become a smooth paste. DO NOT USE metal bowls or utensils. Apply the paste in a thick layer directly onto the skin. Place a layer with gauze or cotton lining rag (do not use synthetic fabric) on top of the gel, adding layers until desired thickness is achieved. Wrap the gauze in cellophane to prevent the gel from drying out. We recommend placing an elastic bandage over the cellophane to keep the gauze and cellophane in place. Keep the body wrap on for 60 minutes. When time is up, remove the cellophane and gauze. Then, take an alternate hot and cold shower. Use Bentonite Clay Body Wraps once a week for 6 weeks, then once a month after for maintenance.
